Great atmosphere, staff were exceptional and welcoming and the food was lovely. Would recommend and visit again if we were to visit Chartres again.

C'est petit, chaleureux, une équipe à l'écoute.Nous étions 3, nous avons pris l'andouillette sauce moutarde, la tête de veau sauce gribiche, et le pavé de saumon: un mot : SU-CCU-LENT !!!Pour le dessert, mon ami a commandé un dessert supplémentaire après coup (tatin "revisitée"), nous étions les derniers clients. Sur le coup le chef lui a dit que ce n'était pas possible, qu'ils n'en avaient plus. Avant de ressortir des cuisines quelques minutes plus tard, après avoir quand même pris le temps de lui en repréparer un ! C'était vraiment gentil !!!C'est le genre de choses qui ne s'oublie pas."
