"This was our first time here. Definitely not the typical Lord Fletchers experience, since this was a special Easter buffet not the usual off the menu. Staff was very welcoming. Molly, our server, was top notch. She asked us if we’d been there. Explained the outdoor ambiance of the Ore House in season. She was very proactive with beverage refills which is always nice. Everything we tried from the buffet was very good."

"I went in on 09/01 this week, and we have to give kudos to the workers, they were hustling, happy, and attentive. I have to say this is the best service industry experience I had since 2020, which is surprising as this is sandwich shop with short interactions. Thank you for creating a great team!"

"Shakes are never a disappointment. great burgers, perpetrators and sweet kartoffelfries. if they don't like a lil dark, sweet potato frits, they let the personal know. the employees check for reasonable time and are incredibly friendly. I have plenty of burgers to get there, so they know that I obviously suggest tommy’s malt shop!"
