Food is pretty good. I especially like the pork options. They use tablet menus with English translation. Standard 90 minute all you can eat and drink options. They are never too busy and we can always get a table quickly. View all feedback.

What Karen G doesn't like about Gyu Kaku Chatan Branch:
Would have been good if they didn’t serve my son a glass of water with a bunch of bottle caps in it : please be careful what you serve next time. Cleanliness and attentiveness should be the servers’ number 1 priority. Makes me wonder now if they actually wash their dishes thoroughly. If this was somewhere else, they would’ve given our meals for free… apologies can only go along way… especially if we’re talking about... View all feedback.

Good selection of meat and good quality. Tables are a bit too small though in my opinion.

"If they said fast food, they meant it the server calls the kitchen for the orders as you speak with them. I ordered their A&W burger with some curly fries and root beer. It's quite pricier than McDonald's by about half (I paid 1270 yen at the time) and you would notice the jump in quality of the food. The bun is soft yet holds most of the components. The cream cheese is superb! It goes well with the beef and pastrami. They also sell merch there if you want"

"Not bad for a late night food. The seats are always full. You have to wait in line for at least 30 mins to get in. We came here at 9pm and saw a lot of people waiting outside. They serve very quickly. The beef taste great with reasonable price. Don’t miss it if you come to NAHA Okinawa."

"We here and the experience was fair. The staff was very friendly. The chicken corn chowder was good and crab cakes were great!! The scallops were alright, but one of them had bits of shell or something in them. We added a side of bacon wrapped shrimp, but they we absolutely drowning in BBQ sauce which over powered eveything. I would recommend just brushing a little on them instead. The chicken Alfredo was made with angel hair pasta that was overcooked. Lastly, the price, it was pretty expensive. I know we ordered a lot of higher end items, but it was real expensive for what we got. Not sure if we'll go back."
