"This is a great Swiss restaurant. A friend and I popped in one Saturday lunchtime and we were in time for the demonstration of cheese making. This was great fun to watch. The food was simple but tasty and I had a croque chalet which was tasty and filling and really excellent value. My friend had the cheese sandwich and this was very filling also. There is also a good selection of wines, which were good. Highly recommended."

"Visited the restaurant after the new owners have taken over and opted for the seven course tasting menu, with wine pairing. The new Chef has nothing to worry about in comparison with the previous owners the food is on par, if not better than...what was served in previous years. The workmanship, ingenuity, presentation, and, most importantly, taste were sheer perfection. Truly a night to remember. If you have not yet been (or been back) to this restaurant, I highly recommend you book your table now, before word spreads! Because not only is the food outstanding, but the service matches the food perfectly. Excellent night. We will be back again soon!"

"Personne n'imaginerait trouver là un restaurant si sympa. Nous n'avons vu aucun panneau indiquant le lieu "16 Art" qui est apparemment très connu des gens du coin (habitués et gratin de Gstaad). Après avoir patientés un moment au bar nous avons pris place dans la jolie salle à manger.Nous avons commandé une entrecôte parfaitement cuite dans la cheminée et un carpaccio tellement bon que je reviendrais juste pour ça ! L'assaisonnement de ce dernier, l'épaisseur et la température de la viande étaient d'une finesse jamais égalés.Service et accueil agréables.Nous reviendrons...."
