"Hi we visited La Catre once again and this time dined at Fredy. The restaurant oozes charm and character and is themed for Alsace in Northern France. They present a good range of food and the staff are very attentive. we remarked that none of the staff dallied and kept the food and drinks coming. The restaurant was full for lunch after the Saturday Market. We took our time as did most of the patrons no 20 min. lunch here the food is to enjoy. Good Job"
