What User likes about La Tonnellerie:
Run by an English couple. This is in a lovely setting just by the Charente river, the food is consistent. I have been visiting on and off for the last 7years. The house wine is reasonably good and the cheapest option. They do have an option of appx 8 non french wines which I have found very unusual. read more.

What User doesn't like about La Tonnellerie:
Unimaginative food which was dropped on the table by the waitress. When going to use the pepper mill the top fell off spilling pepper corns all over the food. The waiting staff saw this but did not offer to to take the plate away and remove the pepper corns. The 3 course menu de jour for two with coffee and 50cl of wine cost €85.90.
