As soon as you return home you are in a refined place. Charming decor with old stones. The menu is seasonal and prepare with great care and talent. Home foie gras with table smoked duck magret is a culinary art work! The roasted calf ris with fine black truffles of the berry is so fine and delicious. Perfectly cooked lambskin. We arrived late in Chateauroux and after a short stroll into town and beer at a nice bar, thought this looked s great place for dinner. We walked in to an empty restaurant at a little after eight. We were greeted by a waiter who told us unabashedly that the restaurant was completely booked full! Somewhat confused we looked around and pointed at all the empty tables but he was adamant. Beautiful flavors in the plate. a good quality ratio satisfactory price. a fast service while the restaurant was full. friendly staff.
What visual and gustative pleasure! everything is wanted, textures, tastes, kitchen. A real pleasure!
