Sakura is my family's favourite sushi restaurant in Chatham, ON. Out of all of Chatham's sushi places, we've found Sakura to offer the best selection and best service for the best value, plus it has nice decor. My husband and I went here for the first time since our regular Sushi place was closed, and we weren't that impressed. The maki rolls were larger than our normal sushi palce but everything was very salty, and the rice was mushy.
