This has to be the worst Tim's in Chatham! ConsistentlyHorrible wait times on the drive through, bad attitudes from the employees! Who is running that circus? Never going back and would definitely recommend a different Tim's! Surprised it's still open! View all feedback.

"Having recently moved to Chatham we've been trying to find our new go to and Steve's is it! Our little guy has severe milk and egg allergies and they were so patient and accommodating while I questioned different menu items trying to find a few safe options. The big D mac pizza was incredible, the crunch on the chicken wings perfect, our kids ate the entire order of bread sticks but my favorite was the sticky honey chicken; what a brilliant flavor combination! I would recommend Steve's without hesitation and we will be ordering again soon!"

"This is a cute little cafe with quite a bit of seating in a bright and cheerful atmosphere in an old brick building.It is not quick but a great place to meet for lunch and not be in a hurry.They did have some high chairs.The panini and sandwiches were all very goodThe salads looked amazing."

"I donno i think they have the best pizza in town i hate talking on the phone so i like ordering on internet thats awesome and u can see what deals you like.. cant stay in and eat tho that sucks my son loves it...tho he knows you guys well he is two and as soon as he sees the box he runs to his chair cant wait to eat it"

"For the first time a few days. the food tastes great. we had an incident. as my wife stole her food, fuck her in an inch long metal turf. she made a photo and called the restaurant. they asked them to come in. she took the metal chips with her and a picture of it. they gave a refund of $20, although our bill was over $80. I was thrown back why they didn't refund the whole mission because they swallowed the metal piece that they could have died. So I called the place and explained how serious the situation could be. he apologised and refunded the whole amount. I thought that would be professional for him. I understand that metallrasing was a freak accident, but given the fact that it could have been serious, I believed that it was only fair that we would be refunded our money. because the manager has acted professionally and has not argued with me, we will order from this place again. at the end the right thing was done because eating is very good and the manager treated the situation professionally."

"A friend and I thought in mid-December after shopping for a fast meal. I've never been much of a player, and since it was a special one, I thought the turkey dinner was a safe bet. The turkey tasted very much from plaster, and was dry where it was not grilled. The frozen vegetable mixture was soggy and room temperature, but at least the potatoes and filling were edible. My friend had the pasta that was overcooked and had not been properly drained. The waitress asked if I hadn't enjoyed my turkey, and I didn't say anything else was offered and nothing else was said. We paid our bill and will not be back."

"If you expect to go to a McDonalds restaurant, what? BINGO! You're lucky. Yeah, they do Big Macs, 1/4 Pounders... with cheese... all 9th. The only thing that distinguishes this Mickey Dee from each of the others is the actual address."
