"Had the pleasure of dining here with my wife. The menu was as expected of high level and a beautiful presentation of the French cuisine.Unfortunately I got disappointed over the waiters. They had difficulty remembering who had ordered what. I asked for still water and got sparkling except for the first time. Two different wines got served in the same glass.I am though happy to return and try the kitchen any time."

"WE were here 2 years ago and encountered here the famous poulet de Bresse. Its leg was so big it was almost larger than the dish ! It was cooked in wine and delicious. This time a 1/2 chicken arrived which was so small that half animal comfortably filled the entire dish. It tasted very little (and the taste present was of a not fresh animal) and was accompanied by a wine cream not really fresh. For a price of only....35 Euro/portion. I read that this type of animal should weigh 2Kgs. Our one did not arrive to 1 Kg; in fact during the previous visit my portion included just the leg; this time half animal (leg, wing and breast) was served. Disappointing."

"Very good restaurant with an excellent setting!! Everything was very good and the perfect waitresses. We were a table of 16 but of order to dessert everything was impeccable. The dishes well presented and perfect in quantity for a reasonable price!!"

"C'est une très ancienne maison qui fait dans le simple mais avec 40 ans d'expérience. Le résultat est somptueux pour 14 euros :Entrée, plat, fromage et dessert, café et vin "pot de cote du Rhône" compris.C'est tout simplement impossible de trouver mieux à ce prix 50 kilomètres à la ronde.Le Poulet à le crème fermier du coin avec son gratin de pompe de terre un des meilleurs que je n'ai jamais mangé en dehors de celui que me faisait ma maman à Lyon quand j'étais petit. Bref il faut réserver tellement ce restaurant à du succès.Enfin si vous y allez en Zoé à 4 dans la Zoé, le parcours de Lyon à Fareins vous coûtera 70 cts d'euro pour l'aller et le retour. Bref, un super coup pour épater et faire des économies."
