The provider forgets the essential products (wasabi, ginger) that I have asked expressly not to forget. The meal (already mediocre) is completely ruined by this forgetfulness. When I call the restaurant to tell them of my disappointment, I am told no worries instead of accusing and proposing a solution or making a gesture.
