Well I have been in Sydney for the long time , but this is the place that quenched my thirst for the vegetarian indian food. Not many people work in this place, but with limited number of working hands,hospitality is good and so is turn around time of getting your dish served on the table . What Mireya Will doesn't like about Banaras Indian:
Absolutely poor customer service. We were a group of 15 people everyone was on banquet ($23 pp) . Obviously there would be a lot of left overs. And guess what no take away allowed!!! Even after insisting. That means they actually serve leftovers to customers. We are never going back to this resturant. They didnt even serve pickle, raita and salad as mentioned in the banquet menu. read more.
