What Elbert Hudson likes about Uncle Chuan Chuan:
A healthier version of Yang Gor Fu Malatang .. Less decisions on the meat, but many vegetables and soup are pretty clear, light. The environment is definitely better than Mandarin Center Food Court, where Yang Gor Fu is. I love to visit both shops (beautiful cheap Eats), but I would say, depends on what mood I have the day :) View all feedback.

As for the soup, I personally prefer the thick soup of YGF than the rather watery version of Uncle Chuan. Lack of the garlicky taste which gives a strong flavour the soup.
