Fina Estampa - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Fina Estampa:
My wife and I had the worst seafood experience ever at this restaurant. We ordered a fried fish dish, but the seafood was dry and tasted like it had been stored for days. When we complained to the waitress, the owner told us that's how seafood should be and that we shouldn't order it again if we don't know any better.
