What User doesn't like about Firebirds Chicken:
I ordered my sandwich with cheese and was charged for it, but they didn't include the cheese. I also requested the special with two different flavors, and they completely ignored me. They did charge me for the sauce. On top of all this, the service was terrible. The sandwich itself was mediocre; the bread on the chicken wasn't crispy and it was way too acidic.
