"The service was good, the food hot and fresh. I gave a five star to the cashier/manager. She is an excellent customer service person. I didn't get her name but her tag said manager. "The tofu is crispy on the outside and ice-like texture on the inside. delicious. they will replace the tofu for every carnivore. the fried rice had a little egg. I should have asked. they can leave it out. there is a steam-free option. the veggie-steam rolls were delicious. also the Veggie-Entree with rice was good. back 1/6/2021- no ice in fried rice is no problem."
