I have started stopping at this Dunkin’ Donuts every morning after dropping my daughter off at East Hamilton high school. The staff is always super friendly and has gotten to where they can recognize the regulars by name and order. Which in my opinion being as busy as they are is awesome! Great customer service for a chain company. Keep up the good work ladies!! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
They messed up our drink order and instead of making us a new one said well we could ring you up for another! So much for owning your mistakes… and they forgot the tomatoes on our avocado toast. Luckily the food was good but service was not great. View all feedback.

read moreGreat service. Very nice server. This location better than most I've been to. Coffee was very good. Donuts were fresh just baked so yes good experience.
