Friendly crew that we went through to order our food. eating was hot and our order was right.

Answer to krystal: many thanks for the general answer, but I will never return for a visit. ordered a sackful, asked for chili. was said at this point that they no longer sell chili, but it is still on the menu? then, over a 45-minute wait in the line on the drive-thru. stop the flap! the server in the window was super nice as soon as we got to the window. we collect free so and pommes for the excessively extended wait, but here something has to be done. fast.

This was the worst experience ever with krystal on 23rd st chattanooga, tn . the manager who took our order was very rude. then, after we had waited almost 29 min for our food, we were ok to get fresh food) they begin to tell us they are from chili pelz the chili pups . my son asked for a refund they did not have what he asked to tell him not how they did not give back. then we were asked to leave the restaurant. the pommes were dressed again, the tickets were cold .we were afraid of what they did with the food to be honest. for the people

I wanted to order 1 hour in Drive-thru. 1 person in restaurant eating, 1 person in the line, no one in the line in drivethru, maybe 1 customer car in pk’g lot. actor for drive thru also actor for inside not her fault I guess after we had waited in drivethru for order, we had the feeling of getting our food prepared would take forever so that we have gone. if a fast food place is not too midday, it is a sign. I guess they're just waiting for the lease to expire and close.

I normally get good food but tonight I went and got 3 of the pick 5's and they were terrible. I got some chicks and the bun was so soggy with what I think was grease from the chicken and the fries were no better, th hey would of been good if they were fresh and hot. It took the cashier about 15 minutes to get me my order also. I'm sorry but this place use to be my favorite place but y'all need to get better workers
