We hit the drive through for lunch. The services was quick and friendly. They food was correct and hot, but the sweet tea was far from sweet. And my boyfriend got a 20 price nugget and they only gave him 2 sauces.Food: 4/5 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
The lady on the drive thru did not listen to anything in the order. The order was still wrong after multiple time telling her what was wanted and her getting snappy was us, And the order was very simpleA number 7 with ranch and unsweet teaA number 2 with no cheese and a diet cokeAnd a number 5 with a dr pepperWe only got 2 fries and the drink where all wrong we got to regular cokes and a sweet tea. This location has the best speed of service of any we go to. The one on 153 is an absolute joke but somehow busier than this Hixson Pike location in Red Bank. Orders have been accurate and out pretty quickly considering how slow other locations are.

Food was just slopped together, waited up front to place a order for over 15 minutes I was the only one inline, service needs improvement store was clean that was good I don't recommend this McDonald'sFood: 2/5
Went through drive through. Was given one bag and told I was all set. I questioned that statement and was given a second bag and said I was all set. Got home to find that I was missing all of my sandwiches. I called to ask for a refund as we were about 15 minutes away at this point, to be told that the error was my fault and that I had to come back in for a refund but they would only refund me for the missing sandwiches. Poor service on the front end and even worst service when trying to resolve my issue.
