Since Jessica and Laura left, this subway has gone downhill very quickly. The man who now works in there is VERY RUDE AND VERY SLOW. He does not even TRY to be quick. In fact it seems the opposite, that he'd rather people give up and leave. Which I have witnessed a couple of times.
