Customer service: 3 stars: not bad wasn't great Coffee: 1 star: the coffee was weak as hell, I've had tea stronger than that coffee.

"This food is delicious. I love Greek food and this gyro is one of the best Ive had in Chattanooga. The mozzarella sticks are also really good. Highly recommend this restaurant !!"

"I go to this Starbucks everyday, I always order my drink and or food when I leave my house and it’s always ready when I get there! The only issue I have had is when the mobile ordering is turned off sometimes, I’m not sure why it happens but when it does I am not able to stop and order my coffee and wait for it before work, But the staff are friendly and always greet me when I come in. Best Starbucks around"

"I ordered the Reuben and a ham and cheese croissant, and both were delicious. The outdoor seating has nice scenery and a decent amount of actual seating. The only two negatives I can say is when it is busy both the outside and inside can be easily crowded and the lines are cramped, and you have to order drinks separately from the food so don’t forget to do that! Otherwise, I think it’s a great cafe to go to if you’re looking for one."
