"We had dinner here whilst doing the rail trail. Hands down the best meal you will get on the rail trail and would have to be one of the best restaurants in the country. They picked us up from Omakau and dropped us off all at no charge, and we got a bit of the history of Ophir as well. A great experience all round. Most of the options for eating on the trail are ok, but this is your only option for a real dining experience so my advice is do not miss it, this one is a must."

"We visited the Court house Cafe in. May this year and shared the best lemon slice and then the best caramel slice ever!! The lemon was zinging around my mouth for ages after wards ! Yum...great service,lovely setting and I loved all the fresh flowers. Would love to go more often but we live in Auckland"

"I am disappointed because I got place the tables was dirty and the woman just asked me how many people but I didn't get the menu and also she started to talk with some friends and I waited to be attended for almost 10 minutes and it never happened. Worse service that I never had"

"My husband and I along with our two young children dined here for lunch today and was so, so impressed. Your staff were amazing with our kids, our meals were delicious (and of perfect size too), and the girls thought their Kid's platter they shared was the best! The perfect way to end the year, well done team we'll be back!"
