Miss Dee was so awesome! I ordered a salad and was not happy with my bread. Her positive attitude, and willingness to listen to my issue was second to none. Only my second time eating there. She replaced my bread and assured me that if I had any other issues, I should let her know. I will definitely be returning for another salad!!Parking: Safe, spacious and clean. View all feedback.

I ordered a bagel and it was so hard and burnt I couldn’t eat it. I ordered a sausage sandwich and the meat was cold and san which bread was also hard. As pricey as this food is, it has gone way down in quality. So sad smh View all feedback.

I had two Panera Bread salads delivered to my home. I discovered avocado was not added to one of the saladsI called Panera at the Owings Mills location, the Manager refunded me the total cost of both salads! I have had GREAT SERVICE in the past as well at the Owings Mills locationThank you again I will continue to come back!
This location can never get an order correct even w/special instructions. I always have to remind them that my instructions are listed on the receipt. Whether it's extra sauce, change in bread, no onions, etc, they don't pay attention.I will be visiting the Pikesville location going forward.
Panera bread Owings Mills is a great place to eat and a great atmosphere thank you for building Panera bread.
First time here but I was very pleased. Got a very nice breakfast sandwich and coffee. Great atmosphere as I caught up on work while I waited for repairs on my vehicle a short walk away.
