"A very good welcome. Well prepared dishes on beautiful plates but not only that. What we find inside is also excellent. Homemade desserts. Basically perfect. We even ignore the absence of whipped cream because it was homemade and there was more... Well we don't blame you but this winter it will be necessary ."

"The Auberge is at the end of a narrow road and the Ecrins National Park trails further from there. The demo-pension option, dinner, accommodation and breakfast, is excellent value at 42 € per person. Drinks not included. This price does not even pay...for accommodation in the more popular cities in this region. We were in early September and received an English translation of the evening 4-course dinner (first dish, main, cheese and desserts) by the cook due to our very basic French vocabulary. Meals and products used are in the region, tasteful and generous in quantity. There is no menu, as the dishes vary according to season and are available. When we were there, we had a first plate of hearty carrot-based Crème brulee, jam with melon and some salad. The main was duck breast with white peaches, accompanied by Provencal style fried vegetables and a gratin in local Champsaur style. There were 2 cheeses and two (not one) small fruity cakes for dessert. The accommodation is very good for the price. The rooms in the lower level have no en-suites, but since we were the only guests this evening, the entire wing was exclusively for our use. The terrace bar, where visitors of the National Park can sit for refreshments and/or meals, is beautiful and peaceful. The two dogs: Manchu and Jazz are very friendly. We booked our stay on their website. Free WiFi is provided."

"L'établissement n'est pas une simple pizzeria mais un vrai restaurant. Les plats ont du gout et SONT DES PLATS MAISONS (!), avec des produits ultra frais (legumes du jardin du patron. C'est simple (faussement simple, il y a beaucoup de travail...)et gourmand, on se regale avec le sourire. Un must sur Saint-Bonnet, et une occasion de gouter des ravioles du Champsaur qui ne sont pas des surgelés. Prix raisonnables et desserts Maisons régressifs et gourmands.Je recommande absolument."

"C'est un "restaurant ou un bistrot de pays", l'accueil est simple, la nourriture est bonne, surtout l'agneau de pays du Dévoluy qui a une saveur incomparable. Les viandes sont grillées dans la grande cheminée, selon la cuisson demandée. Cette cheminée donne une note chaleureuse à cette grande salle à manger. Nous y retournons toutes les années, pour la viande et pour la cheminée uniquement."

"No respect for the actions of the barrier. Service without a mask. No sanitary passes. The boss who walks in the room with a apron who hasn't seen the water for months and goes from table to table in any unconsciousness. A not recommended"
