Since you are going into the Institute be sure to stop by the ticket window and get a time stamped Purpose Pass. This allows you in for dinner without a gate charge. Salmon was perfect. Chicken and grits was poor. Chicken extremely over cooked and dry and grits not cooked all the way. Burger is $18, fries are extra and didn’t come with any fixings. At least the meat was cooked at temperature requested. Don’t go if you’re in a rush, took an hour to get hour food.
