small cozy local restaurant with ~10 tables arrive so early if they do not want to wait. they open at 18 o'clock. we had the marinated bark ribs and it was amazing! the supplements were also delicious and the salate was very fresh. her smoke suction device was really good, her clothes do not smell like bbq. note that there is a minimum instruction of a portion per person.
