The Lowa Café is a small café overlooking Woljeong Bank. It is super cozy and you can see how people wander and surf in the ocean and it is a super beautiful beach View all feedback.

I wanna dine-in but was given a take away. Low quality paper cup compare to other café ive been to. For a cup of orange latte, their specialty, just orange milk and little foam, its expensive at 7500₩. Not yummy too. Disappointed. Only seat and view is not bad. View all feedback.
