"I had pork ribs in a mole barbecue sauce, and my wife had a skirt steak. Oaxaca food is definitely Mexican, but prepared differently from standard Mexican restaurants. The salsa was robust, the Mexican rice had vegetables, and the refried beans were creamier. Really a delightful surprise. Truly tasty. Plus I hadn't expected to find such a good restaurant in Chelan.
