Visited this McDonald’s 21/3/23. Ordered 2 coffees, 2 cakes. Used ladies toilets, cubicle 1, Taped off,out of order. Cubicle 2. No toilet paper. Cubicle 3. Toilet seat fell off, no lock on door. Very unpleasant experience. Asked to speak to manager, he appeared with his hands in his pocket, very uninterested. Told him the problem and he replied “ well I don’t use the ladies toilets”.
