I visited this restaurant with friends recently and we were impressed by the fresh and generous portions of food. The pesto chicken pasta was delicious and the Chicken Parma came with a surprisingly large and tasty salad. The pizza was also fresh and appetizing. Overall, we had a great experience and were confused by the negative reviews because we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. View all feedback.
Not sure why the last reviewer rated it so poorly. My wife, daughter and I really enjoyed the pizzas. Nice base and plenty of topping. We had pork & reef as well as lamb. We will definitely return. Plenty of competition for pizza along the...More
Thought we would try these guys out as we love pizza, flyer came in the mailbox so why not?We ordered two small pizza's and one pasta, gnocci pomodoro. Should have taken the warning of the guy on the phone not to order the gnocci, he said it was not good and he was right! Wonder why the have it on the menu? The pizza base managed to be both like cardboard on the bottom and undercooked in the middle. The toppings were tasty and seemed of high quality but without a good base it was spoiled. The gnocci was over cooked and like glue and I suspect the sauce was just the pizza sauce with dried herbs thrown in, it was disgusting. To their credit delivery on a Friday night was fast.We have gourmet pizza and regular pizza often and this pizza was no better than a Domino's. There are many better pizza places in Bayside, try Queen Margherita in Hampton St, 5x better
One of the worst pizzas I have ever had Ordered the chicken peri peri and pepperoni.
Avo pizza Beaumaris make the best pizzas we have ever tasted. We order a few pizzas for the family at least once a week. As I work in Health care I am extremely fussy and critical, however I must give credit where it is due. The ingredients are of the highest quality, fresh, and always superb. 100% recommended, don't go anywhere else :
Great pizzas here! Garlic bread wasn 't sliced though and small serving size for 'large ' chips
