This used to be my local Sunday breakfast hangout - loved having breakfast out in the back courtyard on a sunny morning. Loved the scrambled eggs with tomato n spring onion. The service was always really friendly from the owner/manager, not always the best from staff however, overall I have to say I miss this funky little cafe and it's food! A good cosy place. Had a great coffee and burger with a friend. Was a little disappointed that we were unable to split bill when paying. First time I have seen this practice in an environment of technology and credit card payments. Shame given there is so much cafe competition in Highett. Otherwise great spot 4 a coffee. read more.
