Так что на хлеб я себе все организовал ложкой. Откушал борщ. Картошка крупновата. Учитывая размер тарелки. Но в целом борщ нормальный. Хотя конечно можно придраться, но не буду : Еще был Рибай, 21 ти однодневного вызревания. Наверно я разбалован стейками от Мираторга в 2 см толщиной. Сделать тонкий стейк с прожаркой «медиум» , на мой взгляд очень сложно. Поэтому он был был больше похож на medium well. И от этого жестковат. Полагаю надо было брать филе миньон. То, что я отметил мое субъективное мнение. Не могу сказать, что топ место, но и не скажу, что прям плохо. Если улучшить то, на что я обратил внимание будет прям хорошо, а сейчас нормально."

After a very long time the table was served, and each time it was necessary to ask her to bring devices, napkins, etc. more than once to repeat. After that, everything seemed to work out again, but when the waiters and the administrator were free, they vigorously discussed the guests with displeased faces. I also note that we were given an extra portion of the dish not ordered, arguing and proving !!! that he was included in the order. The evening would be spoiled if not one but thanks to Alexander for the live music and for the fact that the correct tracks were put that everyone liked. To summarize: the change of staff is not for the better, not attentive waiters, not a qualified administrator who could not resolve and resolve conflict issues. I would really like a menu with visual pictures of at least some dishes. We really want to come back to you and feel that cozy atmosphere that was before. Очень люблю данное заведение уютная обстановка, отличная живая музыка, хороший обслуживающий персонал и внимательный администратор, а точнее сказать любила и было. На днях а точнее 19.10.2019 мы с коллективом отмечали день рождение сотрудника, и были очень разочарованы. Начну постепенно: столик бронировали заранее, тот за каким мы любим сидеть, но почему то администратор решил что за другим столом будет удобней и настаивала на нём. Вроде как решили этот вопрос, тут подошел официант с настроением таким что не она нас должна обслуживать а мы ей что то должны, заказ приняла но не повторила. После очень долго сервировался стол, и каждый раз нужно было ее просить донести приборы, салфетки и тд. причем не один раз повторять. После все наладилось опять вроде, но устойки когда официанты и администратор были свободы, они бурно обсуждали гостей с недовольными лицами. Так же замечу что нам вынесли лишнюю порции не заказанного блюда, утверждая и доказывая!!! что он был включён в заказ. Вечер был бы испорчен, если бы ни одно но спасибо Александр за живую музыку и за то что были поставленны правильные треки, которые нравились всем. Подводя итоги:смена коллектива не в лучшую сторону, не внимательные официанты, не квалифицированный администратор, который не мог разрешить и урегулировать конфликтные вопросы. Меню очень хотелось бы с наглядными картинками хотя бы некоторых блюд. Очень хотим вернуться к вам и ощутить ту уютную атмосферу которая была раньше."

In secondo luogo vorrei far notare che in un ristorante del genere, direi abbastanza di classe, è impensabile avere dei camerieri che non parlano neanche una parola d'inglese...specialmente essendo poi all'interno di un'hotel...mi dovete spiegare come fà uno straniero a ordinare o ad avere informazioni in merito al menù se nessuno parla inglese...deficienza molto grave per un ristorante di livello, per quanto riguarda il cibo abbiamo mangiato abbastanza bene, anche se la pasta era un pò scotta, ma questo dipende anche dal cameriere che non capendo da dove veniamo ed essendo noi italiani, per noi c'è solo un modo per cucinare la pasta, e cioè al dente, per quanto riguarda la presentazione dei piatti era veramente ad hoc...riassumendo: 1 primo quando un cameriere sveglio vede degli stranieri dovrebbe prodigarsi per sapere da dove vengono in modo e maniera da non servire pasta scotta 2 secondo rimuovere le foto non veritiere relative a ciò che si può mangiare la pizza non c'è sul menù 3 inoltre i camerieri dovrebbero parlare minimo un'altra lingua, impensabile che nel 2021 si pretenda di parlare solo il russo in un ristorante all'interno di un'hotel...questo lo si è notato chiaramente quando abbiamo provato a chiedere varianti al menù al che vista la totale incomprensione vi abbiamo rinunciato...quest'ultima cosa è veramente scandalosa"
