Recieved an order from them that not only did not follow additional instructions but was half frozen as if it had been pre made in the freezer overnight. Ferrero bowl but zero strawberry to be found. Buckinis were stale/soggy, banana (which was requested to be left off) was half frozen and icy, acai mix I was crunching with my teeth as it was that frozen. Would not recommend. View all feedback.
