Dairy Queen from CHEROKEE Menu

What User doesn't like about Dairy Queen:
Stopped for ice cream. Service was good. Noticed the building needed some work. They were out of a couple of menu items and ketchup. Hmmm HyVee is a couple of doors down. Soap dispenser lying on sink instead of on the wall. The crew was friendlythough. View all feedback.

No slushees that are on the menu, no vanilla ice cream, and no Oreos. It was super difficult to order anything and a horribly long wait.

"Our family rented the banquet room, and we had a waitress YELLING at us to get our attention. I have NEVER experienced service like that in my life. We had a little over 30 people, so of course it was loud, but that was terrible. Food came out at all different times, so some guests were done before others even got their food. All the other staff were great except for 1. She even punched the door 1 time because she was frustrated over someone not claiming a meal. In response to Owner: It appears you have the wrong group identified. We did not have wings and pizza. The other servers were great. The food was overall good, but there was, in fact, a waitress yelling at us, and she did hit the door with her hand as she was frustrated with our group. Yes, it was loud, but that is to be expected when there is a large group. We had to raise our hands to identify our orders. That also seemed to be immature as the waitress gave us all table numbers to identify our orders, so you would assume food would be identified to the individual based on that method. My family is very polite and likely did, in fact, compliment the service, food, and experience, but they would also agree we were yelled at, and it was incredibly unprofessional."
