"Sat down and they were out of all chicken besides traditional wings. We decided to get up and leave and they made us pay $6 for drinks we took one sip out of. $6 and we left hungry. Never coming here again. Terrible service"

"Had the soup du jour, butternut squash, which was delicious. The appetizer was stuffed jalapenos which were raw, but worked fantastically with the cheesy filling. My pork Can Tho was excellent. My wife did not fare as well. Her chicken sandwich was dry and in need of more goat cheese. Her side of mac and cheese was nearly cheese less. But they replaced it with a side of their amazing ginger sweet potato mash. I also had the sweet potato mash for the second time."

"Every time I go to jack in russellville, they either get my order completely wrong, just give me the half of what I ordered or leave it out. I have to pay for it. to get tired of eating which is not properly cooked will never get what I ordered. they should do their job right or not at all. it's sad how bergab jacks service has gone, all these kids don't want to work their jobs and we are the ones who get the rash, they still paid- but we get to pay for eating that we don't even end up eating."

"We took my 86 yr old mother to eat here. There were people eating inside but the doors were locked and no one would tell us why. They would not answer the phone. We had to help my mom , walker and all back to the car. It was 4:00 pm. Very bad experience today!!"
