Easter Sunday lunch. 12oz ribeye medium rare. As you can see from the cut, it was exactly the way I wanted. Absolutely juicy and tender. Not chewy at all but just melted with every bite. The only complaint I have was the baked potato was slightly undercooked but everything else was great. My family enjoyed their dishes too.
