Panera Bread - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
26 minutes for 2 sandwiches. 7 people behind the counterpower that makes food. they fell back somehow. eating remained unattended, including mine, if it had been served to pick up. I saw myself sitting outside the toaster waiting to be wrapped. everyone seemed to have a short range of attention because they would jump from one job to the other, which leaves the one imperfect in the waiting line. bathroom no tumble dryer or paper towel, all size cup lids from storage until I mention it to them. it would help if they checked someone every few hours. but I have learned to come to every panera after being children from school, is where the crazy happens. when I visit other places before 2 o'clock, usually work adult and eating comes exactly and timely. What User likes about Panera Bread:
the personal here is super! friendly. helpful. pleasant. patient. I am in a power armchair and it takes longer to get/do what is in the position to do people. the personal here lets me do for me, so I have my autonomy (very important for disabled) and never let me feel like I'm disturbing her while waiting for me.
