City Pho and Noodle does a great job at nailing the Pho. They offer a fair sized bowl of soup with great flavor and a decent sized portion of noodles and meats. Although they offer Pho, don't expect a full Vietnamese food menu as this place is more of an infusion rather than straight up Vietnamese cuisine. Still, great food and even better customer service! they ran out of meat for their phosupply. her sushi was very expensive and too cold when served. very bad presentation and when they spend high prices money on the place and make it look more attractive and comfortable.
