Zushi has a comprehensive Japanese menu with a couple of dishes also from Korea. I decided to have a beef Dolsot Bibimbap, a sizzling hot stone pot also containing rice and vegetables and Gochujang chilli paste. I felt the meal although hot in temperature, this wasn't reflected in the taste.
