Baia is a lovely restaurant with lots of potential. I’ve been twice now and the only complaint I have is lack of seasoning, ie, salt, which is a pretty big deal for me. Salt brings out the flavor in food, and without it the dish is bland. And bland for me is bad. The next time I go I’ll probably just bring my own salt. Seriously. And serving warm coffee?
