This is our 'go-to ' restaurant for good Mexican food! Having lived in TX for many years, I am used to great Tex-Mex food. Abuelos is the closest I have found in this area, to the TX restaurants. The staff is friendly and the food is awesome! I am a huge fan of the spinach enchiladas. With a few vegetarian family members, there is a decent variety of non-meat options. Love this place! What Sylvester D'Amore doesn't like about Abuelo's Mexican:
The ambiance and service was good but the food was nothing to write home about. The salsa was a little too runny for my liking and the chicken for my fajitas was not seasoned that well. Gave 3 stars because the food wasn’t nasty by any means just needed a little seasoning and we would be good to go. View all feedback.
Went their this evening and had the stuffed chicken medallions and they were good as always. Our server was super awesome. Never a bad experience
Five stars for Abuelos and especially our great waitstaff Stefanie with an 'F ' for fabulous! Ask for her...so attentive and special!!
