Very good coffee and food. Finally you don’t have to chose between good food and good coffee- they have both! This is definitely a new regular spot for me and my coworkers. They really need to step up their game. Seating areas outside are rather disgusting. .it's one thing to sit in a parking lot on a busy road but to not have working umbrellas and trash and weeds everywhere and broken and empty flower pots is not acceptable.
