Drive through was busy but fast. Food was good as usual.
This place is a well oiled machine at work. Staff was awesome and did a great job.

"Big Ugly is a great place to enjoy a beer with friends or family. You can order Mister Jim's and have it delivered or any other food. Bring your own though. The prices are extremely reasonable and the staff is extremely attentive."

"AMAZING!!! A hidden gem. Everything was just so juicy, fresh perfect! My new fave spot. Stand at locked door, they bring order to u fast. Nice service. Hard to get in and out/parking though. Next to the pizza hut but no way to drive to it, have to go around the entire building. No entry to main road."

"I love this place. Came for date night and had such a good time my lady left her credit card. Food was amazing, wine was even better. Came back a week later to pick up her credit card and stayed for happy hour. Specials were great. We even brought the dog and sat outside on the deck since it was such a beautiful day. They accommodated and brought us a dog bowl for water. He was a happy puppy."

"My wife and I went to celebrate our birthdays our waiter Noah was exilent I took his suggestion for my dinner entrée that turned out to be a great suggestion. His service was outstanding our drink glasses never ran dry. From our appitizer to dessert very satisfied!"

"My friend and I love this sushi bar. eating is delicious and the staff is attentive and efficient. it is a hole in the wall, but I tell them that the owners could do a little with the updating of the place. the floor is always sticky or slick. the stalls are not attached to the wall, so if someone sits behind you, you push back something, chances are that you are pushed at the end into your table. Christmas tree still in the april. I would like to recommend this place to my friends and customers, I wish it would be nicer"

"I was able to get EXACTLY what I wanted I wanted here! They didn't even blink when I requested fried nuggets rather than grilled strips, on my Marketplace Salad and with the Avocado Ranch dressing, it was absolutely perfect!! Their freshly brewed unsweetened tea with lemon tops off the meal beautifully When I asked for the same on two different trips to the Eliz City CFA location, I was told they couldn't do that. Maybe I'm picky, but the rare times I dine out I'd like to get what I want to eat otherwise, I'll just cook at home!"

"Came here over the weekend and the breakfast bagel was delicious. Also ordered half a dozen bagels to take home and we enjoyed them. Well? today I go for lunch and my bagel had way to much mayo on it for to enjoy it. I ended up throwing the bagel in the garage. I am super disappointed"

"Beach music, friendly staff, chipper decor, and fast service. The kitchen graciously agreed to cook my food in real butter on request. My waitress did an excellent job being the go between on this. The grits are huge and the perfect mix of creamy and chewy. The bacon comes thick cut and meaty. The scrabbled eggs have that delightfully thin texture you can only get on a grill. And...they turn cruellers into french toast! Come early and you might get to see some built firefighters too. Just one request, real cream for the coffee, please?"
