They definitely feel the crunch of the alleged lack of waiting personnel, since almost all of them in this cracker barrel had no stars on their aprons. The waiting staff was nice, but inexperienced. The food was satisfactory overall, except one of the 2 pieces of catfish ordered by my party, was very rare. I'm back, but now it wasn't the best experience I had in this cracker barrel.
