my daughter and I stopped after our trip to norfolk at red lobster. my coworker lost her mother, so we had to take part in the review. we stopped for dinner and it was delicious. our waiter was the star of the show! mr. randall was so courteous and friendly. he was so blessed to have him as our waiter. talk about customer service. the other staff were friendly and helpful. thank you! What User doesn't like about Red Lobster:
they told me to pick up my food at 20:45 a.m. when I arrived there, that was not ready to eat and the manager acting as if he was worried, but he wasn't. when I ask him how long it would take to prepare for the food and he goes away. I only got my food 9:30 a.m. and I didn't get everything I paid for, and when I called it in the morning, they told me that there's nothing they could do because that's the night shift....
