Didn’t know there was a South Norfolk library, but it’s pretty new. It’s just that it’s a section of Chesapeake, which is not too much else there, they trying to rebuild this area, but the Library is top-notch View all feedback.

This library is located near what is probably the worst part of Chesapeake. Like so many libraries in ghetto areas, it does serve as a flop spot for a few ghetto types loud, inconsiderate talking, laughing and cursing, sleeping on the furniture, and eating entire meals.
