I stood waiting this morning for well over 6 minutes and no-one came to serve me I was waiting for to buy some pies but the staff was to busy in the cafe side talking to each other and complealy left the side pie shop unattended this was disgusting I tried to call someone by say excuse me but was ignored as the staff was to busy talking between them self's and there was very few in the cafe side this is bad for busin... Fantastic place and really lovely staff. Made the disabled chap who I was supporting feel so welcome, wish more places were like this. Massive portions as well.

My experience was horrible. Waited 30 minutes just for a oatcake to turn out with it being burnt and cold. Staff are horrible and rude. Took ages to get served.
