Popped in on Christmas Eve for a quick sandwich. Say watching people walk out as one lady who appeared more senior shouted at an employee. This was not the festive experience anyone wants. Customers that did stay waited and waited to be served whilst lines...like “what’s your problem” were shouted very loudly! What a shame! View all feedback.
