What yamana doesn't like about Dysart Arms:
The Dysart has always been the best pub in the area great food and beer and friendly service. No longer. The food was still good (although there are better pubs for food nearby) but the beer selection was indifferent and the service was lackadaisical.... View all feedback. What Stuart Oates likes about Dysart Arms:
We arrive from pretty much all over the uk, once a year, to remember our friend who passed away suddenly a few years ago. He is buried in the church round the corner from the Dysart Arms, so we always book the pub for a meal and a few drinks. The staff at the pub are great. They can’t do enough for us and our kids. Great setting. Great menu, cooked superbly by the kitchen staff. Great choice of ales. View all feedback.

read moreThe Dysart, once known as the best pub in the area, has seen a decline in service and beer selection, although the food is still good. Vegetarians may struggle with limited options. Frequent staff changes have affected the quality of meals. However, the warm welcome, cozy atmosphere, and delicious Sunday roast make for a delightful experience. Recommended dishes include the chicken schnitzel and lamb pie, while the chef is commended for delivering outstanding quality. The pub is also dog-friendly, providing water and biscuits for furry friends. Overall, a pleasant experience with great food and service.
