We stopped there yesterday for lunch so don't feel qualified to give a full review but what we saw of it was very good. Lovely old pub in a quiet position in the countryside. Food and drinks were fine although we only had sandwiches and a very friendly waitress that made us feel very welcome. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Whipping Stocks:
Not the best food. After a wait of 45 minutes, I was really not impressed with the prawn sandwich. Appreciate they have just reopened and it’s a busy, but that’s no excuse for serving food like that. £10.18 for that and a medium wine, really! View all feedback.
